Editorial process

The Editorial Committee of the Journal Research Transcomplexity and Sciences (ITC), informs those interested in the publication of their writings that the submission, receipt and processing of scientific articles is completely free

• Reception of articles: a date will be set for the reception of the different types of articles that can be published in the ITC Magazine.

• Confirmation of receipt of the item. The ITC Magazine Editorial Committee has one week to notify the author of the receipt of their article. This letter does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

• First check. With this measure, the Editorial Committee guarantees that the article complies with editorial standards, a process that lasts two weeks.

• Review process. Once it has been verified that the article is located in the parameters and guidelines of the subject matter required by the ITC Magazine, the Editorial Committee will determine the suitable reviewers. For this purpose, the article will be submitted to a double blind peer review in a maximum period of two weeks. The reviewers will send their decision in the format required by the journal, which can be rated in one of the three classifications "accepted without observations", "accepted with observations" or "rejected".

• Notification to the author. The Editorial Committee of the ITC Magazine will notify the author of the results of the review of his article. This letter does not guarantee acceptance or publication unless it is accepted without comment. Articles accepted with observations will be forwarded to their authors for them to consider the observations and adjust the necessary corrections. Once this requirement is fulfilled, they will send the articles to the node address nodotranscomplejo@gmail.com , which will be reviewed again to verify that they considered the observations. This process lasts two weeks in which the Arbitration Committee specifies the final acceptance for publication.

• Correction and diagramming. Once the article is accepted, it goes through the process of proofreading and diagramming, which will be forwarded once more to its authors so that they can certify the authenticity of their articles for publication.

• Articles not accepted in the arbitration process. The Arbitration Committee will be obliged to inform those authors in writing about the reason for not accepting their articles in the arbitration process. This does not imply that they can make corrections that force their admission.

• The Editorial Committee has four weeks to finalize details of the layout of the articles in the ITC Magazine issue.

• Total or partial reproduction of the ITC Magazine. The authors of the articles are informed that the ITC Magazine allows the total or partial reproduction of the published articles, provided that the source is expressly indicated.
